HOW TO BOOK

The booking process is straightforward:

• Take a look: Simply take a look at the properties in our website, either using our Quick Search Facility or Property Search, our advanced search facility,

• Enquire: Use our contact form to request availability or telephone us on 01296 668455 (we are open 9-5 Mondays to Fridays, and 9-2 on Saturdays).

USEFUL INFORMATION

• You can find our Terms and Conditions here

• Once you have contacted us, and agreed on a suitable property, we will send you a booking form, either by post or email.

• Please complete the booking form and send back to us with payment as outlined on the form.

• We will request payment for the following items on the booking form. (Please look at our Terms and Conditions for full details):

      o Rental of the property

      o Damage deposit - A payment of one week’s rental will be requested for all bookings over 4 weeks. The deposit is fully refundable after the cleaners have inspected the property, one week after departure.

A few of our owners require us to take a security deposit for all bookings in their property; details will be found in the property description.  Further information is in our full terms and conditions on our booking form.

      o Booking Fee - A booking fee of £20.00 (£17.02 plus VAT) per property is required for all bookings.  The fee is payable on booking.

      o Extras, such as high chairs, cots and Z-beds are available (price on request).  Pets, where permitted, incur an extra charge of £15 each per week or part week.

• All fees must be paid in cleared funds before you enter the property.  If paying by personal cheque, please ensure that we are in receipt of the fees at least 5 working days before the start of your stay.
• All cheques should be made payable to Lets Unlimited.

• We have the facility to accept credit or debit cards.  There is a 2% commission charge for all credit card transactions, but no fee for a UK debit card. We do accept American Express but there is  a commission charge of 3.5%.  Clients who wish to pay by Bank Draft or transfer – Bank Account Number 60644311, NatWest Bank, Sort Code 55-70-10; IBAN GB30 NWBK 5570 1060 6443 11 and BIC NWBK GB2L.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

• Once we have received full payment and the completed booking form we will send you key collection details and directions to the property.
